Meeting Place Network is dedicated to bringing you not the biggest, but the best directory of personal classifieds listings available.
We utilize a simple rating system for all sites based on information submitted by you, our users.
Meeting Place Network currently has indexed and categorized as many, if not more sites than any of the self-proclaimed "largest directories", with one major difference.
We do it in much less space because we do not force you to wade through the same sites indexed over and over, category after category.
On a recent visit to one such other directory claiming to be "The World's Largest Network for Singles", we documented the same website listed six times in six different categories.
Sort of defeats the whole purpose of having categories, wouldn't you say? Each site submitted to us is allowed
a listing in up to two catagories - if appropriate. Inappropriate submissions are not accepted, should you find a site listed in this
directory which you feel is not accurately categorized, please use the link in our services menu to report the listing to us and it will be
promptly re-checked for accuracy.
Also, this directory does not sell additional listings as most others do, and we do not sell "preferred" or "select" ratings,
as most others also do. Ratings in this directory are based solely on input from our users, not on how much that site has paid us. We do make
Select Sites listings available, for a fee, to those sites which maintain a good or better rating from their users. Sites with poor user ratings
are not allowed to advertise in the Select Sites catagories. We welcome your input and comments on any site in this directory, but ask you
please do not randomly rate sites which you have not visited and hopefully sampled the services they have to offer. Repeat reports of
the same site are not accepted. If you would like to share your opinion of any site
in this directory with other users, we welcome you to use the link in our services menu to do so.

Reporting a Site
|
Should you find a listing in this directory which is a dead link, inaccurately categorized, or has received multiple listings,
please report it to us immediately. The only way we can maintain the usefulness of this site is through your input.
Each site submitted to us is checked for accuracy before it is listed, however some do slip through. Please report any case of inaccurate indexing,
inappropriate, or multiple listings to us using the Report a Site link in the Services Menu. You will be asked for the name of the site, and
the site URL (if you know it). You will be given several options of what you wish to report about the site, and asked where in the
directory you found the listing in question. It's quick and simple. We take our user's reports very seriously and will recheck the listing immediately.

Rating a Site
|
All of our users are given the opportunity to rate each site found in this directory. This feature can be very valuable to all our users. Once you have
visited a site and sampled the services they have to offer, please relay the information to us using the Rate a Site link in the Services Menu. We use a very simple rating
system consisting of these four icons used to indicate an average rating compiled from all ratings received:
 = Poor

 = Average
|
 = Good
|
 = Excellent
|
Any site which does not display one of the above logos has not yet received enough submissions for us to make a fair and accurate report. When rating a site you will be asked
your opinion on several key elements of the service and offered the opportunity to express your opinion as to why you liked or disliked certain features. Please supply as much information
as possible when giving your opinions. The simple fact that you liked or disliked a site is of little use to anyone if they don't know why. Once you have submitted your rating, it will be added to
the site file and when enough ratings have been received to project an accurate indication, the appropriate icon will be displayed in the site directory listing. After we recieve your report you will
not be allowed to submit a second report of the same site. If you find you have made an error in your report please contact us and we will make every effort to promptly correct it.
